A deposit of 50% must be received within 5 days of placing reservation, or reservation will be cancelled automatically. Balance is due 21 days prior to arrival (30 days prior for holidays). A security deposit is required.

Cancellations must be made at least 21 days prior to scheduled arrival to receive a refund (30 days prior for holidays). All cancellations subject to a service charge of 10% of total charge. No refunds given for snow or weather conditions or for early departure.

Minimum stay -- two nights (more for holidays). Rates subject to change without notice.
